Report on the issue, Ragai Asaalk Makar That
on Thursday / 10 / 12 / 2009 in line with the objectives of the organization in monitoring and dissemination of human rights violations after the approval of the person concerned has been the publication of this report and send a copy to him. To whom it may concern That violence against women and children is a form of human rights violations, and those of vulnerable groups in society in dire need of support and support from human rights organizations and international organizations, we find many difficulties in addressing violations of relatives in a patriarchal society, no doubt, we feel the great efforts of the Organization of the United Nations and the great powers of maternity and childhood protection and the preservation of human rights and freedoms. • almost two years ago received a branch of the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights in the Red Sea for help from Mr. / Makar Asaalk makar because of the disappearance of his sister, Mrs. / Rgai Asaalk Makar who was born in Qena in 1961 she and her two children Fady Nroz Fanoos and Veronia Nroz Fanoos. The fact-finding committee to gather information from multiple sources and multiple locations in the report was confirmed the following data: -- 1 - Mrs. / Ragai Asaalk fled with her two children out of Egypt from the hunt and her husband's violence. 2 - that her husband, Mr. / Nroz Fanoos was the violence against them from the excavation, beatings and insults continued and the violence spread to include her children, and was moved in the church and the priests for reconciliation between them, but the violent trend has been embedded. 3 - The Ms. / Raja had no choice but to escape from Qena, where she lives with her husband to Hurghada, a city in another province, but she was haunted by the husband that the intervention of some clergy has been peace but as soon as he entered the residence in Hurghada, the wife returned to the practice of scolded her after the battering but her husband had destroyed electrical appliances, furniture, apartment, which hit very frustrated attempts to reform the behavior of her abusive husband, prompting them to flee with her children, Fadi and Veronia Nroz fanoos out of Egypt out of fear for her life and her two children from violence and the threat of her husband. • the Organization delivered a certified copy of this report to the person concerned, , despite strong confidence in the presence of detailed information on the proceedings of more violent and severe than in its report, asserting that the fact-finding committee of the Organization adopted a certificate of neutral parties also confirmed the statements of stakeholders and decided that they are not sure of some of the details are those that have avoided the Committee recorded in this report
